Mentorship
Game Design and Programming mentors guide you through the challenge, providing insights into the development process.
Internship
Winners receive a paid internship with Ubisoft Toronto, learning from some of the industry’s top talent.
Experience
Interns get real-world development experience working on industry-leading AAA games at a large, multi-disciplinary studio.
Please note registration is mandatory to participate in Develop at Ubisoft.

Programming
In this technical gameplay challenge, you will create and submit a game made entirely in C++ using a provided API.

Eligibility
The competition is open to applicants who
Identify as a woman, transgender, non-binary, and/or Two-Spirit
Are legally entitled to work in Canada
Reside in Ontario
Are currently attending OR have graduated from an Ontario post-secondary school no earlier than Spring 2022
Have less than two years of professional experience in game design or programming
Are not a current or former employee of any Ubisoft studio
Complete the challenge individually. Team-based submissions will not be reviewed or considered
