You’ve applied, now what?
Here’s what you can expect during the recruitment process
01
Talent Acquisition Screening
If your profile aligns with the needs of the position, a Talent Acquisition Specialist will email you to schedule a video or phone call.
This conversation allows us to learn more about you and helps you get to know us.
You can expect us to ask you questions surrounding your background and skills, motivation, availability, relocation needs, and salary expectations.

02
Test or Assignment
Based on the type of job you’ve applied for. We may send you a test or assignment to gain a better sense of your skills. This stage can at times be earlier or later in the talent acquisition process.
No matter what, the test or assignment will reflect the work you’d carry out in the role. For example, you could receive a writing exercise for a scriptwriter position or a technical test for a generalist programmer gig.
We use tools like Codility for our technical tests – and try to keep them as short and focused as possible.

Video interview(s)
From there, we’ll invite you to an interview with one or a few team members. We’ll send you the details in a confirmation email beforehand so that you know who you’ll meet, what platform we’ll use, and other essential information.
Depending on the position, this interview could range from 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
During our time together, we’ll delve further into your background and aspirations, potentially ask some situational questions, and answer all your questions.
In some cases, we might organize an additional interview for you to meet with other potential future collaborators.
