Test or Assignment

Black line icon of right arrow

Based on the type of job you’ve applied for. We may send you a test or assignment to gain a better sense of your skills. This stage can at times be earlier or later in the talent acquisition process.

Black line icon of right arrow

No matter what, the test or assignment will reflect the work you’d carry out in the role. For example, you could receive a writing exercise for a scriptwriter position or a technical test for a generalist programmer gig.

We use tools like Codility for our technical tests – and try to keep them as short and focused as possible.
