Just in time for the new school year, Ubisoft Toronto helped BGC Dovercourt transform their Clubhouse computer lab into a vibrant hub where kids can create and explore.
The project included the donation of computers, monitors and accessories to help modernize the lab, as well as furniture to create a more welcoming and functional environment. Ubisoft Toronto also donated games for the Clubhouse games room for new ways to have kids build connections, play and learn together.
One of the most striking additions to the space is a custom mural created by Ubisoft Toronto Concept Artist Vince Leli. Bursting with colour and imagination, the artwork reflects the creativity, curiosity and sense of community that make the Clubhouse such a special place for local youth.
- Explore coding through Rabbids Coding workshops in the newly refreshed computer lab, available in 8 languages;
- Get creative with punch needling, miniature painting, and art workshops;
- Learn the basics of Magic: The Gathering and roleplaying games with beginner-friendly play sessions; and
- Participate in a fun and fast-paced Brawlhalla tournament.
It was all made possible thanks to the help of Ubisoft Toronto volunteers, who shared their time, energy and passion with Clubhouse members while helping bring the upgraded space to life.
The project is part of Ubisoft’s AAA volunteering program and one of several back-to-school initiatives taking place across our studio communities, helping kids and youth head into the new school year with the tools, support and opportunities they need to feel ready for the year ahead.
