This year, our teams once again went above and beyond—not just in their day-to-day work, but in their efforts to make a meaningful difference across Canada. Our 2024–2025 Canadian Impact Report shines a light on the incredible contributions of our people—for our players and the communities we’re part of.

We believe real change comes from consistent action, and we’re proud to see our initiatives continue to grow and reach more people across the country. The momentum we’ve built is strong, and the energy from our teams and communities is contagious. With good vibes, great intention, and concrete action, we’re excited to continue shaping a more inclusive, creative, and responsible future together.

– Leslie Quinton, Leslie Quinton, VP of Communications at Ubisoft Canada

From Halifax to Montreal, Quebec City to Saguenay, and from Sherbrooke to Toronto and Winnipeg, our teams rallied around a shared mission: supporting education. Along the way, they also partnered with a wide range of cultural institutions, charities, and educational organizations.

A huge thank you to everyone who gave their time, expertise, and resources. Your collective impact has made a real difference in the lives of thousands of people and in the environment we all share.

Highlights from this year:

  • Supporting the next generation: Nearly 200 Ubisoft mentors connected with over 6,000 students across 47 colleges and universities through our educational initiatives.
  • Digital kindness for kidsIn partnership with CyberCap, we launched a fun, interactive program for elementary students to help them understand the impact of harmful online behaviour, learn to respond with empathy, and build their own digital code of conduct based on their everyday experiences.
  • Advancing inclusion and diversity: Our commitment to gender equality in the workplace earned us the Silver Parity Certification from Women in Governance.
  • Giving back, together: Our teams logged over 1,800 volunteer hours across 130+ community-focused initiatives.
