Ubisoft Toronto today announced that it is recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2016 by the editors of Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top 100 Employers editorial team. A leader in global game development, Ubisoft Toronto wins the award for its commitment to provide an innovative work and social environment that includes employee perks such as monthly studio-wide team celebrations, opportunities for professional development through training and expertise sharing initiatives, and comprehensive health and family benefits including child care subsidies and maternity leave top-ups. Ubisoft Toronto is also recognized for its support of up-and-coming student talent locally through initiatives like UbiGallery and involvement in the community through the Studio Volunteer Day and its other fundraising initiatives.
“It’s a tremendous honour to be named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers,” said Alex Parizeau, Managing Director of Ubisoft Toronto. “Our people are truly the heart of every game we make at the studio, and we are committed to cultivate programs essential to supporting our team to make the best games globally.
