Is your indie studio working on a new game? Are you ready for an opportunity to take your game and studio to new heights? Well, good news: the Ubisoft Indie Series presented by National Bank is back!
The Ubisoft Indie Series is an annual competition for independent game development studios, offering cash prizes, mentorship, and creative, marketing and financial tools to help local studios and their games reach new heights.
Making games is difficult and presents many challenges: financially, creatively, and more. This is why Ubisoft and National Bank want to make it easier. We want to connect with our colleagues, share knowledge and expertise, and together, ensure Ontario continues to grow as a game development leader worldwide.
Who can apply?
Independent game development studios located in Ontario with fewer than 50 employees working on a game at the beginning of its production phase can compete to win $50,000 (CAD) and mentorship provided by Ubisoft experts.
Complete the application form before December 15, 2018 to be eligible to win.
Up to 10 studios will be invited to pitch and demo their games before a jury comprised of Ubisoft and National Bank experts during the Ubisoft Indie Series Pitch Day in March 2019. Winners will be announced at an awards event that night.
