For the fourth consecutive year Ubisoft Toronto has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2019 by Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top 100 Employers editorial team. This year we’re so proud to share this honour with the rest of the Ubisoft Canadian Studios (Ubisoft Montreal, Ubisoft Quebec, Ubisoft Saguenay, and Ubisoft Winnipeg).
Companies selected for the Canada’s Top 100 Employers list must be companies and organizations that “build exceptional workplaces with an array of progressive and innovative programs that make life better for their people. All the winners are leaders in their industry and able to attract and retain top talent, but that kind of success doesn’t just happen without committed effort.” Criteria includes: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; employee benefits; training and skills development and employee communication all make an impact on each winner’s rating.
“I’m very proud of this recognition,” said Yannis Mallat, CEO of Ubisoft Canadian Studios. “It is a great testimony to our teams’ daily work, and to the creative, innovative and warm culture at Ubisoft. Congratulations to everyone and let’s continue to feed this culture that is uniting us and contributing to our success!”
In addition to the Canada’s Top 100 Employers recognition, this week the Ubisoft Canadian Studios were also named one of the Best Places to Work by GamesIndustry.Biz. This year was the first Canadian edition of these awards.
